He has specific responsibility in Clevedon for Kenn Road Methodist Church and is on the team at Christchurch Methodist-Anglican Partnership. He is married to Tamara and they have three children.<br>Russell felt a strong call to ministry when he was just 17, following life-changing experiences of the Holy Spirit. He studied theology before serving as a youth worker in Essex and then a lay pastoral worker in Newton Abbot. Before coming to Clevedon in 2007 he served eight years as a minister in the Ringsash Circuit in mid-Devon.<br>Russell has a passion for&nbsp;<em>renewal&nbsp;<\/em>and&nbsp;<em>evangelism&nbsp;<\/em>among all ages. She loves working with all ages, and seeing the church and community grow together. All age worship and Messy Church are something she very much enjoys, as well as preaching and teaching.<br><br>Jill is married to John, and has two children. She has been a minister for 30 years. He has been a Methodist minister for 17 years and his previous ap-pointment was as Evangelism Enabler for the Lancashire district for 9 years.<br><br>Nick is married to Catherine who is a Sign language interpreter and they have 4 daughters who keep them busy. When he has time, Nick likes to keep fit. He has taken part in a number of triathlons from short races to one that took him six and a half hours! &#8220;I love being out on my bike, swimming up and down the pool or running around the marina here in Portishead.
